So I am getting up tomorrow morning at 3:00am to hike Mt. Katahdin and I can't wait!! It is probably one of the most beautiful hikes I have ever been on. I hiked about 2 years ago and all I can say is "WOW". This time though I'm going on a more challenging trail, it is called Knife Edge and from what I've heard the name is extremely accurate. In some places it is about 4 feet wide and 1500 foot drops on either side so this may be my last post :) Anyway, these are a few photos from tonight at Abol Pond looking up at Katahdin, enjoy. 
I can't believe, that some of the trees they are already changing color !!
